The hotel was nice, but the price was too high. Not worth what I paid to stay there. Plus had to pay an extra $20/night for car and extra $13 a night for hotel services (whatever that means). I paid for their service I guess. Not too elaborate. Simple hotel. ...read more

Excellent location for getting anywhere in Palm Springs downtown area. Restaurants in the hotel and nearby in short walking distance. Contemporary flair and decoration, spacious room.

The room was clean, but not that good of a job. Coffee maker dirty, toilette overflowed, one blanket had a stain, AC not working properly, bad hybrid in room. The hotel is in a good location, right next to the main strip. The facilities are poor, one pool that is small, no gym, no computer for internet access, no self parking. The room was located at the back of the hotel out through an exit door and down a corridor that had carpet bubbling up like a 60's motel. We asked to move to a room near the pool but they said they were occupied, an absolute lie because we never saw more than 5 people during our stay. The hotel also charges extra for everything: Parking: $20 (no self parking so no choice) Gym: No gym on site, so cost to use another local company. Internet access: Charge. Parasol shade around the pool: Charge. Utility charge: No idea what this is for but its on the bill. Resort charge: It is not a resort but they still charge you a resort fee (on top of everything else). So you are paying ~$50 a day for the add ons! It looks like the hotel is up for sale according to a sign at the front of the hotel, maybe this is why the service is poor. ...read more

Hotel is great for couples and singles. Not really designed for the family with kids. It was very romantic and modern. Rooms were bigger than most hotels and staff were very friendly. Didn't like the fact that there was an added $10 resort fee for a hotel that is not a resort. The pool was small. Overall it was OK. Better for couples. Not recommended for family with little kids. ...read more
